The Pinpoint Technique is a unique training, learning and facilitation method that supports the use of the whole brain using a multiple intelligence approach. We use the notion of brain, body and belief to convey ideas, maintain attention and motivate – which results in consensus.

We tap into Howard Gardner’s theory that reveals people performance should be determined on their preferred intelligence. We further embrace theories from other psychologists including Honey and Mumford, De Bono, Myen-Briggs, and Belbin, while adopting the DISC model.
