Our expert facilitators are trained to help other businesses deal with an issue without getting directly involved in the process. They guide as opposed to lead for immediate results.

We specialise in facilitating change. Whether looking for results with strategy, problem solving, or learning and development, our master facilitators will ensure your objectives are met, and goals are achieved.

Using a multi-intelligence approach, we ensure complete engagement by adopting an interactive facilitation process as opposed to the standard group participation model.

Our facilitators can attend your place of work for in-house facilitation. Alternatively, we can organise a venue for off-site facilitation. 

We use Neuland visual equipment and materials to display ideas, discussions, and action plans. Flipcharts, PowerPoint and pie-charts have left the room. 

We charge £4,950 to facilitate a group of 9 people. Extra delegates (up to a maximum of 12 delegates) can be accommodated for £350.
